If the products are not what you expected, you can return them within 30 days from the delivery date.

We inform you that there is no exchange option in our e-shop. The customer can return the product and place a new order choosing another desired size/product.

The shipment must contain:
- goods (with labels and original packaging);
- completed return act

When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
- the returned product must be in its original, neat and undamaged packaging (this clause does not apply when returning a defective product);
- the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
- the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of returning a low-quality product);
- the returned product must be of the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
- the returned goods must be placed in an additional protective (for transportation) packaging (eg: a box or a protective envelope).

Returns will be inspected and accepted upon receipt. Money is returned immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
When returning a product of poor quality or not in accordance with the ordered product, the return costs are paid by the Seller. In this case, the Buyer must provide a receipt for the return shipment.
